Delivery times vary depending on the city and the type of product:

• Major cities: 1 to 3 business days
• Other regions: 2 to 5 business days
• Custom products: delivery time confirmed after project approval

2. Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?

Yes, we provide delivery to all cities in Morocco, including rural areas, with a secure and tracked service.

3. Do you offer equipment installation?

Yes. We offer an installation service for machines, signs, advertising displays and other equipment requiring professional installation.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

• Bank transfer
• Species (subject to conditions)
• Payment by installment
• Payment upon acceptance of quote

5. Are your products guaranteed?

Yes. All our products come with a quality guarantee. If you have any problems, our after-sales service will help you find a quick solution.

6. What to do if there is a problem with an order?

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Changes are only possible before final approval.
